This frosted film provides superb privacy 24 hours a day while also reducing UV rays and heat, making you always feel safe and peaceful. When the sun shines, some of the sunlight is blocked, resulting in lower indoor temperatures than if the film were not applied.
Installation Instructions:
Step 1: Make sure your windows are thoroughly cleaned.
Step 2: Spray the windows with A LOT OF WATER
Step 3: Measure the exact dimensions of your windows and carefully cut the film to the right size.
Step 4: Remove transparent backing film from the backing protect the sheet, and spray A LOT OF WATER onto the back side of the static film.
Step 5: Pick up the wet film by the top two corners to paste the wet side of the film onto the wet grass, and smooth the film with your hands.
Step 6: Spray the water onto the surface facing you, and use the squeegee to remove extra water and air from the center with proper strength.
Step 7: Make sure the four corners are steadily adhered to the glass, trim off the margins, leaving a 2-3 mm gap from the edge of the glass to the film.
Step 8: Rewet the surface of the entire film and remove all the bubbles, wipe out surface water with a lint-free towel.
Useful Tips:
Keep the window and film extremely wet during the installation process. If it becomes dry, re-wet it completely before applying the film.
Before pasting, do remember to tear off the protective film ( transparent film).
Spray more water on the glass and surface of the film, the more water, the better, and scrape all the bubbles out with a squeegee.
Leave about a 2-3mm gap between the window frame and the film to avoid falling off or curling; if there shows falling or curling, pick up a corner at the edge, re-spray and paste, and scrape the bubble.
