Track your order
We'll send a despatch note as soon as your order leaves our premises, so you'll know your package has been dispatched and will arrive quickly.
Most packages will arrive on or before the estimated delivery date.
We use a variety of mail providers to send our orders based on the weight, size and value of your goods and the shipping option you select at checkout.
If you have not received your order, please contact us by email (quoting your order reference number) so we can check our records and track your order.
We will reply to you with tracking details or further instructions if necessary.
All orders will have a tracking number.
Lost or missing order
If you think your order has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible as some products cannot be kept for more than a few weeks when packaged in a parcel tube. We will try our best to help find the goods.
In certain circumstances (e.g. incomplete address) goods may be returned to our premises by the transport company. Once any goods have been returned to us we will endeavor to contact you to rearrange delivery. Returned merchandise will only be kept for a total of 90 days, after which time the merchandise will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged after 30 days of shipment date, have exceeded their useful life, or are lost in transit.
